Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Architect with deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter application development, architecture, and solution implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Active Workspace Client (AWC) and BMIDE, and will be responsible for architecting, leading, and implementing large-scale PLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-level Teamcenter Unified solutions.
- Drive Teamcenter Administration, Configuration, Customization, Interface Development, Migration, and Upgrades.
- Provide hands-on expertise in Active Workspace Client (AWC), ensuring efficient adoption and usability.
- Design and manage BMIDE-based schema, workflows, stylesheets, structure manager, change manager, access manager, organization, and indexer/full-text search.
- Architect SOA-based Teamcenter solutions and integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical leadership on projects, mentoring developers and guiding best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable PLM solutions.
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for architecture, processes, and customizations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Teamcenter (Siemens) application development and solution implementation.
- 3+ years hands-on experience in Active Workspace Client (AWC).
- Proven experience in large-scale Teamcenter Unified and SOA solution implementations.
- Strong working knowledge of BMIDE, Workflows, Structure Manager, Change Manager, Access Manager, Organization, and Indexer/Full-Text Search.
- Hands-on experience with PLM solutions and integrations.
- Strong technical and architectural skills, with experience leading projects and technical teams.
- Familiarity with Java, ITK, PLM XML, TC XML, and Eclipse IDE is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Aerospace, Automotive, or Manufacturing IT environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and SDLC practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Siemens or related PLM certifications are desirable.
