Job summary

Pratiti Technologies is seeking an experienced project/program manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Siemens Teamcenter initiatives across global teams. You will plan, execute, test, deploy, and provide hypercare support while coordinating with business, engineering, IT, and external partners.

The role requires strong PLM knowledge, global collaboration, and hands-on governance, with a focus on delivering on time, within scope, and with quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience in enterprise application delivery.
• Proven experience managing Siemens Teamcenter implementations, enhancements, or support programs.
• Experience with Teamcenter implementation/configuration solutions.
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), engineering workflows, document management, BOM management, and change control processes.
• Experience coordinating global cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience with engineering digital transformation or modernization programs.
• Knowledge of integrations involving SAP, CAD systems, Polarion, or related engineering platforms.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
