Job summary

RAIS USA in Pune district, Maharashtra, seeks an experienced PLM consultant focused on Siemens Teamcenter, to drive implementation, configuration, customization, and migration efforts.

You will lead technical activities, implement BMIDE, ITK, and Active Workspace, develop integrations with ERP, CAD, MES, and manufacturing apps, perform data migration with mapping and reconciliation, and configure workflows, lifecycles, and security.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Teamcenter implementation, configuration, and migration.
• BMIDE, ITK, and Active Workspace proficiency required.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter APIs, workflows, and access management.
• Experience with PDM/PLM processes, BOM management, and product structure management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical activities for Siemens Teamcenter projects.
• Configure, customize, and implement Teamcenter using BMIDE, ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace.

Experience Level: 8-12+ years PLM experience

Focus: Siemens Teamcenter implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and migration

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical activities for Siemens Teamcenter projects.
• Configure, customize, and implement Teamcenter solutions using BMIDE, ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace.
• Develop integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise systems such as ERP, CAD, MES, and Manufacturing applications.
• Perform data migration, mapping, validation, and reconciliation to Teamcenter.
• Configure workflows, lifecycles, security, product structures, and business processes.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and performance issues.
• Participate in solution design, technical reviews, testing, deployment, and go-live support.

Required Experience & Skills

• 8-12+ years of PLM experience with strong hands-on expertise in Siemens Teamcenter.
• Proven experience in Teamcenter implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and migration.
• Expertise in BMIDE, ITK, Active Workspace, Teamcenter SOA/APIs, workflows, and access management.
• Knowledge of PDM/PLM processes, BOM Management, Product Structure Management, Document Management, and Change Management (ECR/ECO).
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise applications.
• Strong programming skills in Java, SQL, XML, JSON, and API development.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
