The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, drive end-to-end project execution, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Java technologies along with proven project management and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities -

Project Management

• Lead and manage multiple software development projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resource planning, and risk management strategies.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery of projects.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage project governance, escalation management, and change requests.

Technical Leadership

• Drive architecture discussions and technical solutioning for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
• Review technical designs and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Support modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between business users, clients, and technical teams.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct steering committee meetings and executive-level presentations.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate development teams.
