Job summary

SoftTech Engineers Ltd. in Vijayawada seeks a Technical Project Manager - Implementation with 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in PM and client engagement.

The role demands strong stakeholder management, SDLC/Agile expertise, and leadership to deliver complex government projects on schedule. You will coordinate multi-team efforts, manage requirements and changes, oversee testing, deployments, and post-go lives, and ensure compliance with security and audit standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• At least 5+ years in project management and customer engagement.
• Strong SDLC, Agile, Scrum knowledge.
• Experience with government stakeholder and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the solution across the state, ensuring timely delivery as per the project plan.
• Prepare implementation schedules, rollout plans, and deployment plans, and monitor project progress.
• Serve as the primary liaison between client departments, onsite teams, offshore development teams, infrastructure partners, and third-party agencies.
• Analyze, prioritize, and manage business requirements and change requests to ensure successful implementation.
• Coordinate with offshore development teams to track progress, bug fixes, enhancements, and production releases.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee UAT and end-to-end testing to ensure quality before production deployment.
• Monitor post-go-live support, track production issues (RTS tickets), and resolve within SLAs.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage integrations with payment gateways, SMS/Email services, and other systems, ensuring tests and data exchange are successful.
• Lead onsite implementation teams by monitoring performance and daily activities for effective execution.
• Organize user trainings, manuals, and videos, and support change management to drive adoption.
• Track milestones, risks, SLAs, actions, and payments; prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; ensure security/audit compliance; escalate issues as needed.

• Identify and mitigateproject risks, ensure compliance with security and audit requirements,escalate critical issues to the reporting manager, coordinate projectdeliverables, and obtain milestone-based customer approvals and payments.
