Job summary

Prudence Analytics And Software Solutions Private Limited is seeking an experienced Software Project Manager in Mumbai to lead daily execution of multiple active software projects. You will ensure clear scopes, requirements, timelines and ownership across teams, translating high-level technical needs into actionable project plans and milestones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software project management or engineering project leadership.
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects in a tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong technical acumen—able to understand engineering challenges and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination skills.
• Ability to introduce structure and discipline while maintaining startup speed.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily execution of all active software projects.

• Streamline workflows to improve delivery velocity and reduce friction between teams.
• Ensure documentation, handovers, and delivery standards are followed.
• Bridge between CTO and execution teams to reduce dependency bottlenecks.
• Must have experience in Dot Net technologies ( .Net , .Net core , .Net MVC) and projects in Dot Net environment.

• Present structured project updates to leadership with clear visibility on status, risks, and mitigation.
• Streamline process workflows to improve delivery velocity and reduce friction across teams.
• Ensure documentation, handovers, and delivery standards are consistently followed.
• Serve as the bridge between the CTO and execution teams, improving communication and reducing dependency bottlenecks.
• Must have experience in Dot net technologies ( .Net , .Net core , .Net MVC) and must have done projects in Dot Net envirnment.
