Job summary

Vyohm AI on Park Street, Kolkata, builds CRM, ERP and AI automation systems for Indian MSMEs. We are a small, fast-growing team delivering quickly with AI coding tools.

We are now bringing everything we have built for clients into one shared platform. We are seeking an experienced project manager to bring structure to multiple client engagements, turning asks into a clear 3–6 month roadmap and running Scrum to keep delivery on track.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project/delivery management on software projects.
• Hands-on Agile and Scrum experience with real teams.
• Strong with Jira or Linear (Linear preferred).
• Confident client management, including pushing back on scope in writing.
• Clear written and spoken English and Hindi; Bengali is a plus.
• Bonus: CRM or ERP rollout experience or leading junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Own the plan: turn client asks and platform goals into prioritised sprints and a 3 to 6 month roadmap.
• Run scrum for the team: sprint planning, daily standups, reviews and retros.
• Coach our interns on breaking work into small, testable tickets with acceptance criteria.
• Own Linear workspace: triage, cycles, owners and due dates, so nothing urgent sits unassigned.
• Be the day-to-day contact for client teams, from COOs to finance heads: status updates, scope changes and sign-offs.
• Track time and scope on every engagement so billing matches delivery.

We are a small, fast-growing team on Park Street, Kolkata: a founder and a group of strong engineering interns who ship quickly with AI coding tools. We are now bringing everything we have built for clients into one shared platform.

Why this role exists

Our engineering moves fast. Our planning has not kept up. We run several live client engagements and a growing backlog in Linear, and no one's full-time job is deciding what matters this week. We need an experienced project manager to bring structure to the team and steady communication to our clients.

What you will do

• Own the plan: turn client asks and platform goals into prioritised sprints and a clear 3 to 6 month roadmap
• Run scrum for the team: sprint planning, daily standups, reviews and retros

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of project or delivery management on software projects, ideally at an agency, consultancy or early-stage startup
• Hands-on experience running Agile and Scrum with real teams, not just certifications
• Strong with Jira or Linear (Linear preferred)
• Confident client management, including pushing back on scope politely and in writing
• Clear written and spoken English and Hindi; Bengali is a plus
• Bonus: a technical background, CRM or ERP rollout experience, or experience leading junior developers

Work setup

• Full-time, based in Kolkata
• 6-day week: 5 days at our Park Street office, 1 day from home
• Joining as soon as possible
