Job summary

BuildBros Innovations in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own the delivery of multiple SaaS projects from kickoff to production launch. You will manage timelines, resources, and client communications across engineering, design, and QA teams in a remote/hybrid setup.

The role requires 3+ years managing software development projects with strong Agile/Scrum experience and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing software development projects (web/mobile SaaS)
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience — you’ve run sprints, not just attended standups
• Excellent communication — clear and adaptable to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with Jira, Linear, Asana, or similar project management tools
• Understanding of software architecture, APIs, and deployment processes
• PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

About This Role

Own the delivery of 3-4 simultaneous SaaS projects from kickoff to production launch. Manage timelines, resources, client communication, and quality across engineering, design, and QA teams.

A Day in the Life

You run standups across two squads, unblock a dependency between design and backend, prep a client demo, and update burndown forecasts for leadership.

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget using Agile/Scrum methodology
• Manage project scope, timeline, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams
• Run sprint ceremonies — planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives
