TekLink seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead multi‑shore analytics and planning projects in Hyderabad (Hybrid). You will drive project delivery, schedules, and risk mitigation across multiple domains and technologies including SAP, Cloud, and data visualization.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT, strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with experience in agile environments and a track record of managing complex projects.

Qualifications

• Around 10+ years of IT experience.
• Led projects in Analytics, SAP, Cloud, Anaplan or data visualization.
• Assigned tasks to teams; managed escalations.
• Monitored, tracked and reported project progress and deliverables.
• Created project plans and schedules.
• Identified risks and implemented mitigation plans.
• Estimated effort for new and change requests.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have PMP/PRINCE2/CSM certification (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-shore delivery teams delivering analytics and planning projects.
• Oversee analytics, SAP, Cloud, Anaplan or data visualization initiatives across domains.
• Direct project scope, timeline and budget management with stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support accurate effort estimation for changes and new requirements.

What you will do at TekLink

We are looking for hands-on project Leads / managers to join our team at Hyderabad.

As Project Lead you will be leading multi-shore delivery teams delivering analytics and planning projects across domains and technologies including SAP and Cloud technologies.

What we are looking for:

Must Have:

• Have around 10+ years of IT experience
• Should have worked and lead the projects in at least one of the technologies of Analytics, SAP ,Cloud, Anaplan, Data visualization tools.
• Assigning of tasks to the team and able to manage escalations.
• Monitoring, tracking, and reporting of project progress and deliverables.
• Able to create project plans and schedules.
• Able to identify potential risks to the project and implement risk mitigation plans.
• Ability to work on effort estimations for new and change requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

• Any management certification of either PMP or PRINCE2 or CSM etc
