Job summary

CryptoMize in New Delhi is hiring a Technical Project Manager to oversee delivery from requirements to production. The role owns standards, staffing plans, and risk across a portfolio of nine platforms, with HQ in New Delhi.

This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ in Vasant Vihar, sitting between the strategists who scope client work and the engineers who build it. The seat owns the technical standards, the staffing plan and the risk register for a portfolio that spans our nine-platform estate and the client properties built on top of it. What you will actually do:

• Analyse, plan and define the requirements and standards each scheduled engagement will be built against — before a line of code is committed, not after it slips
• Assign and oversee the daily task load of technical personnel across developers, QA and infrastructure, keeping every workstream visibly progressing toward its milestone
• Run the standing technical team meetings — progress, blockers, decisions — and own the follow-through so issues raised in the room die in the room or escape with a plan
