Job summary

The seat follows the scope of online projects as they progress from proposal through technical workup to web product delivery: participating in early idea development with the client, translating expectations to the build team, and directing the design process alongside graphic designers, writers and developers. It is the client-facing half of web delivery — where the traffic desk schedules the studio, this seat owns the engagement. • Follow the scope of each online project from proposal to technical workup to web product delivery — the single accountable owner of what ships and when
• Participate in early idea development with the client, so their real needs enter the project before specifications freeze
