What you will actually do:

• Develop and define the goals and objectives for each engagement — the frame every schedule, resourcing decision and milestone hangs on
• Monitor and analyze project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools, and recommend modifications that actually improve it
• Prepare systematic short- and long-term resource allocation plans, built from feedback across all the actors and team members who matter
