Job summary

Keleno is seeking a Technical Project Manager to unite technology, people and delivery, coordinating with engineering, product, QA and business stakeholders to plan and manage projects with clear scope, timelines, risks and deliverables.

You will own end-to-end planning, translate technical requirements into actionable plans, define milestones and dependencies, and drive cross‑functional collaboration to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Own project planning and execution from initiation through delivery and closure.
• Understand technical requirements and work closely with engineering teams to translate them into actionable plans.
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, QA, Design, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identify deviations, and take corrective action where required.
• Maintain clear visibility of project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, reviews, and stakeholder updates.
• Identify and manage technical and delivery risks proactively.
• Work with Technical Leads and engineering teams on estimates, resource planning, priorities, and delivery commitments.
• Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Help manage changes to scope, priorities, and requirements while understanding their impact on timelines and resources.
• Ensure projects follow appropriate development, testing, documentation, and release processes.
• Support post-release reviews and identify opportunities to improve delivery processes.
• Use appropriate project management and collaboration tools to maintain accurate project information and reporting.
