Job summary

Optimum Solutions seeks a delivery lead to oversee end-to-end core banking system implementations, enhancements, and integrations. You will coordinate across architecture, engineering, QA, business, operations, infrastructure, and vendor teams to ensure timely, secure, and compliant delivery of complex banking projects.

The role requires translating technical requirements into actionable plans, tracking execution, and leading governance, RAID, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of core banking system implementation, enhancement, integration, and transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Engineering, QA, Business, Operations, Infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Drive integration initiatives across core banking, digital channels, payments, lending, cards, CRM, AML/KYC, and other enterprise systems.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable delivery plans and track execution.
• Lead governance meetings, status reporting, RAID management, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage offshore delivery teams and coordinate with onsite/business teams.
• Ensure adherence to architecture, security, quality, regulatory, and delivery standards.
• Manage vendor and third-party dependencies, releases, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
