Job summary

Incture, based in Bengaluru, seeks a senior project manager to lead end-to-end execution of complex IT projects across multiple locations including Bangalore, Mangalore and Mysore. You will define scope, timelines, and budgets with stakeholders, develop comprehensive project plans, and guide cross-functional teams to on-time delivery.

You will monitor progress, manage risks, and report to senior leadership, fostering continuous improvement and adherence to PM standards and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of project management experience in a corporate setup.
• Strong track record delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of complex technical projects, from project initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Build and manage cross-functional project teams, assigning responsibilities, and providing guidance to team members.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive effective communication and collaboration across different teams, departments, and external vendors.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices, and optimizing project management processes.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members, fostering their professional growth.
