Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Delivery Management
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of custom software development projects across web & mobile including CI/CD & AWS deployment.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource plans.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality expectations.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder & Requirement Management
  • Engage with business stakeholders and internal IT teams to understand business needs and technical requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Technical Collaboration & Solutioning
  • Collaborate closely with architects, developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and database specialists to define high‑level technical solutions.
  • Participate in solution discussions.
  • Review technical proposals, estimates, and implementation approaches.
• Governance & Process Management
  • Ensure adherence to development best practices, SDLC processes, and security standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and team collaboration.
