Job summary

Topgeek is seeking a capable Project Manager in Bengaluru to own end-to-end project delivery, align technical solutions with business goals, and drive Agile practices across teams. You will manage plans, risks, and stakeholder expectations while coordinating with engineering and product leads to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role emphasizes governance, continuous improvement, and clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Track execution against scope, schedule, quality, and cost commitments.
• Translate business and client requirements into clear, actionable technical deliverables.
• Drive project delivery using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor sprint and project metrics to ensure predictable and on-time delivery.
• Support adoption of Agile and DevOps best practices across teams.
• Work closely with engineering leads on technical feasibility, implementation approach, and delivery planning.
• Maintain a strong working understanding of the software development lifecycle, system integrations, APIs, and deployment processes.
• Ensure alignment between technical solutions and project objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and changes clearly and proactively.
• Manage expectations and elevate issues in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards, quality processes, and governance frameworks.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and delivery artifacts using tools
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and lessons learned.
• Recommend and implement process and tooling improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
