About This Role

Lead frontend architecture for our multi-product SaaS platform. Build performant, accessible, and beautiful React applications that serve thousands of daily users across healthcare, education, and logistics.

A Day in the Life

You lead a frontend guild sync, unblock a performance regression on the logistics dashboard, review PRs for the design system, and pair with a mid-level dev on Suspense data fetching — before shipping a Storybook-driven release.

What You'll Do

• Architect complex React 19 applications with TypeScript and modern patterns
• Establish frontend standards — code review guidelines, testing strategy, component library
• Mentor 2-3 junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
• Optimize performance — bundle analysis, lazy loading, memoization, Core Web Vitals
• Collaborate with product managers and designers on feature roadmap and technical feasibility
• Implement and maintain a shared design system and component library
• Lead technical interviews for frontend candidates

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of production React experience (hooks, context, suspense, error boundaries)
• Strong TypeScript proficiency — generics, utility types, strict mode
• Deep web performance knowledge — rendering patterns, bundle optimization, caching
• Testing experience (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress for E2E)
• Strong communication — ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience building component libraries with Storybook
• Accessibility audits and WCAG remediation leadership
