Job summary

Vontier in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple R&D initiatives, tracking timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across projects. You will facilitate meetings, status updates, and decision-making for cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.

Responsibilities include building dashboards in Jira/Excel/Power BI, maintaining documentation, and flagging blockers with mitigation plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in tech/R&D environments.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Hands-on experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com).
• Proficiency in dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven, structured, and dependable; familiar with Agile/Scrum.
