About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience managing technology projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with a solid understanding of modern technology stacks, ensuring successful project delivery and seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and business teams across multiple projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Promote best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing projects involving modern tech stacks such as:
  • Backend: Java, Python, Flask API, FastAPI
  • Frontend: React, Flutter
  • Database: MongoDB
  • AI/ML Frameworks: (Basic exposure is a plus)
  • Design Tools: Figma
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
