Job summary

Randstad Enterprise in India is seeking a Senior Technology Project Manager to lead a squad within the technology enterprise department, guiding customer portfolios and technology workstreams. The role combines leadership, mentorship, and strategic delivery across multiple stakeholder groups.

You will coach teams, coordinate tasks at squad level and drive improvements in processes and services for end users and external clients worldwide.

Qualifications

Our squads consist of technology leaders, business analysts, data analysts and technology service level all working together to support our customers.

Initial issue management lines are clear through squad-based client portfolio ownership. The

methodology is also agile and scalable, calling on the expertise of various squad members and even working across squads to achieve the best possible solution for end users. The methodology does not stop at issue resolution. Continuous improvement, optimisation and learning are key to our service delivery strategy.

Purpose of the job

The senior technology project manager provides an outstanding service with his/her expertise that is customer focused and drives improved organisational performance. The senior technology project manager applies to the team but also to other operational experts and officers within the organisation.

For example: by being a mentor, onboard and the ability to train new colleagues, lead meetings and design business processes.

In summary, the purpose of the role is to provide technology leadership as part of the technology leadership chapter within the squad based structure of the technology enterprise department. In particular leading a squad with its associated customer portfolio and leading or providing assurance for the technology related workstreams for projects.

Your responsibilities

• solutions analysis: identifies and evaluates complex expertise-led solutions within a range of criteria to find those that best meet business needs.
  • by evaluating, quality monitoring and keeping the products and services of the squad up
  • providing professional knowledge and knowledge of resources/instruments of the squad (knowledge sharing).
  • is responsible for managing the knowledge and best practice sharing activities towards the organisation.

• creating thought leadership in the working field of RSR as it relates to aligned squad.
• directing external suppliers, assessing their professional services and giving internal advice about the selection of suppliers.

  • translates the demands of customers (internal and external) into proposals for new products and services.
• project management: manages and delivers required outcomes for a portfolio of projects while reporting to senior colleagues.

Job Requirements

Education

• university/Post Graduate or equivalent professional & intellectual ability.

Experience

• 5 years experience in an MSP or RPO business.
• 3 years experience with SAP Fieldglass, configuration manager and other VMS systems.
• Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job- related experience in their own area of expertise to a fully competent level.
• Hands-on experience within the expertise.
• Leading and supporting client meetings.
• Holding public and commercial presentations, webinars.
• Running end-to-end projects by managing various stakeholders and project team contributors
• Building reports and negotiating with external providers.
• Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.

Knowledge
