Job summary

Randstad Enterprise in Hyderabad is seeking a senior leader to drive the Managed Services team, ensuring high-quality delivery and engagement profitability. You will oversee KPI metrics, client relationships, and lifecycle management from proposal to service reviews, while coaching the MSP team and guiding pre-sales activities.

The role requires 10+ years in related operations with strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills to effectively manage multiple teams

• 10+ years of related business/technical hiring/recruiting operations and operational leadership within a complex organization.
• Ability to manage multiple teams or a single complex team; influence conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, direction, and guidance to the Managed Services team, ensuring high standards of delivery and smooth running of engagements.
• Monitor and manage KPIs including profitability, billable utilization, revenue delivery, margin, and identify areas for improvement in contractual compliance, customer satisfaction, resourcing and scheduling, processes and quality, and resource management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; support account management in cross‑selling and up‑selling additional Managed Services.
• Develop and maintain the Managed Services team through coaching and performance management.
• Design, validate, and report on service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure relevant SLAs are captured and reported.
• Lead improvement initiatives related to reporting, monitoring, and risk management across Managed Services.
• Manage the full end‑to‑end lifecycle of managed services engagements, from proposal through operational support, service escalation, and client reviews.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including client meetings, proposal development, and ensure financial objectives and forecasts are met.
• Ensure compliance, profitability, and revenue delivery for all Managed Services engagements.

Position Requirements

• Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field (or 10+ years of equivalent work experience).
• 10+ years of related business/technical hiring/recruiting operations and operational leadership with demonstrated success within a complex organization.
• Preferred Qualifications: Ability to manage multiple teams or a single complex team; influence conflicting priorities and guide team members and business leaders to successfully execute.
• Ability to negotiate agreements and/or reach consensus with all levels and positions within the organization.
• Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a continuous concern for quality; ability to initiate system and process improvements.
• Management skills based on several years of experience, preferably in a matrix‑based environment.
