Job summary

Tech Holding is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of software and DevOps initiatives with a US shift. The role requires 6+ years of experience, strong Agile governance, and hands-on familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones to ensure on-time, on-budget project outcomes. The position emphasizes coordinating DevOps activities, reporting, and aligning projects with organizational goals

Qualifications

Role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager, this role involves working with a large organization that has a dedicated DevOps team responsible for supporting multiple groups within the company, including application support, mobile, and data engineering teams

The DevOps team manages and prioritizes activities across these groups, making close collaboration and a solid understanding of DevOps concepts critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget completion.
• PM will lead to DevOps team and has to create various DevOps reports and able to represent the data in front with client.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers,QA, and other stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects using Agile methodologies, managing sprints, backlogs, and releases.
• Ensure seamless communication between project teams, providing clear visibility of project status to stakeholders and upper management.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while proactively offering solutions to mitigate them.
• Coordinate with DevOps teams for pipeline integration, release management, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and support to teams to align with organizational goals and project objectives.
• Implement best practices for Agile project management using tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Ensure adherence to standards for incident, problem, and change management where applicable.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally in a software development or DevOps environment.
• Agile project management experience with hands-on knowledge of tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• ITIL and/or DevOps certification is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of motivating teams and driving successful project outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and convey them to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good to Have:
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Background in software development or systems engineering.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.), and DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of risk management and change management practices.
