Job summary

FORVIA HELLA in Maharashtra, India seeks an experienced engineering professional to lead development/integration activities aligned with customer and system requirements. The role emphasizes project planning, milestones tracking, and KPI monitoring with strong ASPICE and Safety knowhow.

You will participate in meetings presenting feature implementations, conduct change analyses, and estimate efforts for requested changes, while guiding the team to resolve key technical issues and share learnings.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/M.E./MTech in Electronics or related field.
• English proficiency in written and spoken; German preferred.
• Experience in leading a team.
• 8–9 years of experience in Automotive Industry.

Responsibilities

• Understand and integrate customer/system requirements with counterparts.
• Plan, track, and report project activities and milestones.
• Monitor KPIs for quality, with ASPICE and Safety focus.
• Lead meetings to present feature implementations and issue analyses.
• Estimate effort for requested changes and new development.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with counterparts for understanding and development/integration as per customer or system requirements.
• Planning, tracking and reporting of Project activities and Milestones
• Monitor KPIs for Quality work products and deliverables – Strong Knowhow for ASPICE and Safety
• Strong involvement in meetings to present details about feature implementation/change/error understanding,
• Focused new development Change and Error analysis for requested functionality and reported changes/issues from testing and customer team Provide effort estimation based on requested changes.
• Provide/arrange Support for team to resolve key technical issues
• Conduct trainings and share experiences.

Required Qualifications

• BE /B. Tech/ M.E/ M. Tech in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Industrial Electronics
• English, both written and spoken. [German Language Preferred]
• Good experience of handling a team
• 8-9 Years of experience in Automotive Industry
