You will own risk management, reporting, and continuous process improvements in a large enterprise setting.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and communicate risks and dependencies
• Coordinate internal and external communications and training plans for project execution
• Implement and refine delivery processes using data insights to improve predictability and efficiency
• Optimize workflows and sequencing for continuous delivery and reduced context switching
• Identify lifecycle-based strategy updates and improvement opportunities to maximize outcomes
• Enforce engineering quality standards and manage technical debt and change processes
• Oversee release management ensuring readiness across teams and clear communication
• Motivate and guide teams fostering ownership and accountability
• Support team formation training and continuous improvement through feedback and learning opportunities
