Responsabilités

• Identify customer needs and manage large end-to-end initiatives.
• Manage finances and budgets; determine ways to reduce cost and improve service availability.
• Define project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities with stakeholders.
• Plan and execute major milestone reviews and decision gates to complete the program life cycle.
• Ensure all required products are produced and reviewed across design, implementation, testing, delivery and operations.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans to keep the project on track.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
• Adhere to CitiGroup project management processes and procedures.
• Prepare and report project status with metrics for risk groups.

This role will act as Infrastructure Delivery Manager, responsible for managing the initiative, engaging and working with key client business partners and driving to successful outcomes within a given timeline.

Relevant Experience

• 10+ years of overall Delivery / Project management experience in IT services - 5+ years PM experience with BFS accounts - Good Experience managing Cloud, Compute, Data Center projects.
• 6+ years Delivery / Project & Program Management experience desired.
• Excellent Client Stakeholder Management
• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong priority setting skills to provide leadership and direction to team.
• Ability to communicate clearly at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, Manage Major End to End Initiatives and ability to manage Large team.
• Managing Finances and Budgets. Determine way to reduce cost and improving service availability.
• Defines project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners
• Establishes, plans, and executes major milestone reviews and decision gates to complete the program and project life cycle.
• Ensures all the required products are produced and reviewed, including the technical leadership of requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, test, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the technical solution
• Identifying and managing to the critical path and milestones of a schedule
• Identification of risks, which affects program and project deliverables with follow through on mitigation, resolution and path to green.
• Communicate proactively with all stakeholders, in identifying problems, propose solutions, and implement efficient process.
• Closely monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Adhere to Citigroup project management processes and procedures.
• Prepare and report project status on a regular basis, including metrics needed for various risk groups.
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and managing Project teams
