Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Systems Integration Advisor to lead fixed-price project delivery and governance from Chennai, ensuring the SOW is adhered to while coordinating architecture, data, BI, and QA workstreams. You will drive weekly governance, manage dependencies, and coordinate cross-team activities.

Responsibilities

• Own mobilisation, project initiation, integrated project plan, milestones and delivery governance.
• Manage fixed-price scope against the signed SOW and baseline design.
• Handle change requests, scope clarifications and commercial impact assessments.
• Maintain RAID, dependency, decision and action logs and drive closure.
• Track customer dependencies, required-by dates and critical path impact.
• Manage resource plan, effort burn, forecast-to-complete and project financials.
• Coordinate Solution Architecture, Data/SQL, SSAS, Power BI and QA workstreams.
• Run weekly status reporting and governance meetings with progress, risk and decisions.
• Manage customer stakeholders, escalations and cross-team coordination.
• Coordinate deliverable reviews, acceptance/sign-off and milestone evidence.
• Oversee SIT/UAT readiness, production deployment, hypercare, docs and KT.
• Drive project closure, acceptance and handover per the SOW.

Role Purpose

Own fixed-price project delivery, commercial control, governance, dependencies and customer coordination, while enabling the technical team to focus on architecture and engineering execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own mobilisation, project initiation, integrated project plan, milestones and delivery governance.
• Manage the fixed-price scope against the signed SOW and ensure requirements are controlled against the agreed design baseline.
• Manage change requests, scope clarifications and commercial impact assessments.
• Maintain RAID, dependency, decision and action logs and drive timely closure.
• Track customer dependencies, required-by dates and any impact to the critical path.
• Manage resource plan, effort burn, forecast-to-complete and project financials.
• Coordinate Solution Architecture, Data/SQL, SSAS, Power BI and QA workstreams.
• Run weekly status reporting and governance meetings and provide clear progress, risk and decision visibility.
• Manage customer stakeholders, escalations and cross-team coordination.
• Coordinate deliverable reviews, acceptance/sign-off and evidence required for milestone completion.
• Manage SIT/UAT readiness, production deployment, hypercare, documentation and KT completion.
• Drive project closure, acceptance and handover in line with the SOW.

Mandatory Skills

Recommended Experience

Recommended: 10+ years in technology delivery, including significant experience managing fixed-price projects with formal scope, dependencies, acceptance and change control.
