NTT DATA seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across strategic transformation programs in Gurugram/Noida, India. This senior role emphasizes executive visibility, cross-functional leadership, and proactive issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will drive governance reviews, develop dashboards, and coordinate delivery across multiple projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget execution while maintaining PMO standards.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across strategic transformation programs.

This role is responsible for ensuring effective programme oversight, providing executive visibility, managing risks and dependencies, and enabling successful delivery through strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Program Governance & Delivery

• Establish and manage programme governance frameworks, processes, and controls.

• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Executive Communication

• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience engaging with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to create meaningful dashboards and programme insights.

Risk & Governance

• Strong experience managing enterprise risks, issues, dependencies, and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of governance frameworks, controls, and audit readiness.

Stakeholder Management

• Strong influencing, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
