Job summary

Adani Group seeks a senior leader to govern and drive execution of large-scale airport development programs in India. You will unify efforts across PMC, design, contracts, compliance, industrial relations and operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires deep experience in infrastructure development, strong governance discipline, and the ability to provide analytics-based decisions to the Asset Infrastructure leadership team.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years in infrastructure project development and delivery.
• Minimum 5 years in program management, project governance or leadership roles.
• Experience in airport, metro, railway, port or large infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Program Governance & Leadership:

• Act as the single point of integration across all airport development functions including PMC, Design Management, Contract Administration, Compliance, Industrial Relations, Project Controls, and Operations.
• Support the Asset Infrastructure Head in driving successful delivery of airport expansion and development programs.

PMC Leadership & Performance Management:

• Serve as the primary interface between AAHL and PMC for overall program delivery and performance management.
• Review PMC performance against approved KPIs related to schedule, cost, quality, safety, compliance, and stakeholder management.
• Ensure timely escalation of critical risks, constraints, and decision requirements affecting project delivery.

Planning, Project Controls & Reporting:

• Review program schedules, milestone plans, and project performance metrics to ensure alignment with approved baselines.
• Provide consolidated portfolio visibility on progress, risks, resource requirements, and key constraints.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions and recovery plans for identified deviations.
• Coordinate resolution of cross-functional design, commercial, and contractual issues impacting project delivery.

Stakeholder & Decision Management:

• Coordinate with Airport Leadership, Corporate Functions, Regulatory Authorities, Consultants, Contractors, and Operations Teams for effective program delivery.
• Facilitate timely resolution of inter-departmental issues requiring leadership intervention.
• Provide decision support to the Asset Infrastructure Head through analytics, recommendations, and impact assessments.
• Act on behalf of the Asset Infrastructure Head for delegated governance and stakeholder management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in infrastructure project development and delivery.
• Minimum 5 years in program management, project controls, project governance, or leadership roles.
• Experience in airport, metro, railway, port, industrial, commercial, or large infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience working in PMC-driven project delivery environments.
• Proven exposure to planning, contracts, commercial management, design coordination, and stakeholder management.

Educational Background:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Masters Degree / MBA in Project Management, Construction Management, Infrastructure Development, or Business Management preferred.
