Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 25+ years in major infrastructure, aviation, transportation or airport developments.
• 10+ years in executive project leadership roles on airport projects or mega-projects.
• Proven track record managing multi-billion-dollar construction programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive governance experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across design to operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall delivery of the airport program across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, ORAT, and handover.
• Establish program governance, reporting structures, and decision-making frameworks.
• Be single point of accountability for performance, risk, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
• Manage relationships with airport owners, operators, government agencies, consultants, contractors, and regulators.
• Oversee resource planning and deployment across all program functions.
• Chair executive program reviews and steering committee meetings.
• Drive resolution of critical project risks, disputes, and stakeholder issues.
• Ensure successful achievement of operational readiness and project objectives.
