Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction project management, with leadership roles in large-scale infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• PMP and/or LEED certifications preferred; strong budgeting and regulatory experience.
• Experience managing airports or aviation projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, development, and execution of large airport infrastructure projects.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

• * Key Responsibilities of Role Strategic Project Planning & Execution: Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of select large-scale airport infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with the airport’s master plan and business objectives.
• Identify and implement innovative project management methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and optimize project outcomes.
• Establish and oversee project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Develop and track key project performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Project Delivery & Execution: Manage end-to-end execution of airport construction, expansion, and modernization projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and government authorities, to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Oversee risk management initiatives, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact project delivery.

• Financial & Resource Management: Prepare detailed project budgets, monitor ongoing costs, and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project CAPEX, OPEX and resource allocation to maintain profitability.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability in project spending.
• Conduct financial performance analysis and post-project evaluations to ensure projects meet financial goals and ROI targets.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key internal stakeholders, including senior management, legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, developers, contractors, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED Accreditation, or equivalent are preferred.
• Work Experience: 15+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale infrastructure and real estate development projects.
• Proven experience in managing Airports projects within the aviation or transportation sector.
