Job summary

Adani Transmission seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead airport infrastructure development, coordinating PMC, design management, contracts, compliance, and stakeholder management to ensure delivery against approved baselines.

You will monitor progress, manage risks, and provide analytics-driven decision support to the Asset Infrastructure Head in a PMC-driven delivery environment.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in infrastructure project development and delivery.
• Minimum 5 years in program management, project controls, governance, or leadership roles.
• Experience in airport, metro, railway, port, industrial, or large infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience working in PMC-driven project delivery environments.
• Proven exposure to planning, contracts, commercial management, design coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Master's Degree / MBA in Project Management, Construction Management, Infrastructure Development, or Business Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of integration across airport development functions.
• Support Asset Infrastructure Head in delivering expansion programs.
• Serve as primary interface between AAHL and PMC for program delivery.
• Review PMC performance against KPIs related to schedule, cost, quality, safety, compliance, and stakeholder management.
• Escalate risks, constraints and decision requirements affecting delivery.
• Review program schedules, milestone plans and baselines alignment.
• Provide consolidated portfolio visibility on progress, risks, resource requirements, and key constraints.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions and recovery plans for identified deviations.
• Coordinate resolution of cross-functional design, commercial, and contractual issues impacting project delivery.
• Coordinate with Airport Leadership, Regulatory Authorities, Consultants, Contractors, and Operations Teams for effective program delivery.
• Facilitate timely resolution of inter-departmental issues requiring leadership intervention.
• Provide decision support to the Asset Infrastructure Head through analytics, recommendations, and impact assessments.

Support the Asset Infrastructure Head in driving successful delivery of airport expansion and development programs.

Serve as the primary interface between AAHL and PMC for overall program delivery and performance management.

Review PMC performance against approved KPIs related to schedule, cost, quality, safety, compliance, and stakeholder management.

Ensure timely escalation of critical risks, constraints, and decision requirements affecting project delivery.

Review program schedules, milestone plans, and project performance metrics to ensure alignment with approved baselines.

Provide consolidated portfolio visibility on progress, risks, resource requirements, and key constraints.

Monitor implementation of corrective actions and recovery plans for identified deviations.

Coordinate with Airport Leadership, Corporate Functions, Regulatory Authorities, Consultants, Contractors, and Operations Teams for effective program delivery.

Provide decision support to the Asset Infrastructure Head through analytics, recommendations, and impact assessments.

Act on behalf of the Asset Infrastructure Head for delegated governance and stakeholder management responsibilities.

Qualifications

15-20 years of experience in infrastructure project development and delivery.

Minimum 5 years in program management, project controls, project governance, or leadership roles.

Experience in airport, metro, railway, port, industrial, commercial, or large infrastructure projects.

Strong experience working in PMC-driven project delivery environments.

Proven exposure to planning, contracts, commercial management, design coordination, and stakeholder management.
