Job summary

Medibuddy in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to drive the execution and delivery of large-scale software initiatives across multiple engineering teams. You will partner with QA, product managers, and stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage risks, provide regular updates, and facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in technical program management, project management or similar roles, with a focus on delivering complex and large scale projects.
• Technical background, with an understanding of software development, system architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence and work collaboratively with technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving skills, with experience in identifying and mitigating risks in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA
• High Ownership to ensure a project is completed on promised time
