Responsibilities

• Drive and track software development initiatives across the engineering organisation.
• Plan, manage, and execute multiple BFSI domain projects.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Delivery to ensure timely releases.
• Oversee end-to-end software delivery lifecycle from development to production.
• Manage project portfolios across business horizontals and verticals.
• Monitor project health, delivery status, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Build relationships with client IT and business stakeholders.
• Support sales and delivery in issue resolution and growth.
• Respond to RFPs with pre-sales and practice teams.
• Drive release management and process improvements.
• Define project strategies, plans, risks, and recommendations.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive and track software development initiatives across the engineering organisation.
• Plan, manage, and execute multiple BFSI domain projects.
• Work closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Delivery teams to ensure successful and timely releases.

• Strong experience managing projects within the BFSI domain.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale software projects and programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management practices.
• Understanding of software development processes and basic software architecture concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, facilitation, and team management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
