Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Project/Program Management delivering complex technology projects.

We are looking for an experienced GenAI Agents Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-scale Generative AI Agent initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project/program management expertise, experience managing AI/ML-driven projects, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful delivery of innovative AI solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects focused on GenAI Agent development and implementation.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure project execution aligns with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, architects, product teams, and business leaders.
• Provide regular project status updates, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications and governance.
• Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
• Implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
• Drive adherence to quality standards, project management best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and guide project teams to foster a high-performance and collaborative work environment.
• Facilitate project reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote knowledge sharing and innovation within project teams.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) to manage project execution.
• Track project KPIs, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Ensure effective resource planning and utilization across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Expertise You’ll Bring:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in Project/Program Management with a successful track record of delivering complex technology projects.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI Agents, Agentic AI architectures, and enterprise AI applications.
• Extensive experience with project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
• Experience driving project governance, budgeting, risk management, and delivery excellence.
• Experience working with AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and related technologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects and executive stakeholders.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
• Prior experience managing AI transformation, automation, or digital innovation initiatives.
