Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Data Center to own programs from inception to execution, coordinating with partners, customers and engineers to drive delivery of infrastructure and services. You will develop plans, set timelines, and prepare detailed status reports while managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
The role requires ownership mindset, ability to navigate ambiguity and strong quantitative analysis to translate data into actionable plans.
Experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain.

In this role, you will work with partners, customers and key stakeholders to develop and articulate plans and long term strategy. You will initiate new programs in response to need and be the catalyst for winning support and driving them through the execution phase. You will manage various programs of work, engage teams and engineers, set the pace for development, deployment and delivery of data center services and infrastructure. You will develop and prepare project documentation, process maps, presentations and tracking reports to provide detailed current status of each project. Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and build consensus. You will analyse service performance and system performance data and translate into recommendations and actionable plans. You will provide strong quantitative analysis focus, requiring interpretation of technical and commercial information from structured and unstructured sources.
