Job summary

Google Inc. is recruiting a Technical Program Manager for Cloud Storage in Bengaluru, with the option to share preferred locations Bengaluru or Hyderabad. The role focuses on leading complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programs from idea to launch and communicating risks to stakeholders.

You will coordinate requirements with internal customers, plan schedules, identify risks, and drive execution while collaborating with executives and engineers alike.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and direction for a program by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and running multiple projects, organizing cross‑project work within the program, and defining program controls/governance/standards.
• Drive consistency between Cloud processes and central processes. Bring visibility and strengthen communication across the teams.
• Enable execution across multiple teams and drive delivery across the complete portfolio of Cloud products and solutions.
• Engage with engineering directors, product leaders and other TPM groups, to streamline processes, manage OKRs, release on time, and help teams with execution.
