Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager for AI/ML across Cloud Supply Chain Operations. You will lead multi-disciplinary projects, plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with executives and engineers.

In this role, you will partner with engineering and product teams to optimize manufacturing data, provide real-time operational visibility, and design proactive alerts. The position emphasizes AI-first digitization of product operations and scalable data

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and product development teams to understand business requirements. Engage with managers from cross functional teams to develop solutions tailored to their unique business processes.
• Analyze manufacturing data and other relevant data sources to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization. Develop insightful reports that clearly communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain robust, user-friendly products that provide real-time visibility into key operational metrics. Implement proactive alerting mechanisms to notify management of potential issues.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and workflows. Collaborate with relevant teams to develop tools and scripts that streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Translate complex technical and engineering issues into clear, concise summaries that are easily understood by management and cross-functional teams. Facilitate communication between different teams and ensure tight coordination.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• 5 years of experience in architecting data engineering, data warehousing, data analytics, business intelligence, visualization, and complex data solutions using SQL and Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
