Job summary

Google is hiring a Share Program Manager, EHS, Data Centers to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish—coordinating with stakeholders, planning requirements, managing schedules, identifying risks, and communicating across the company.

You will span offices and time zones, coordinating players and milestones to ensure on-time progress and robust safety compliance for critical data center environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in environmental regulations and safety management.
• Experience in EHS management systems or managing EHS compliance including environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex EHS risks into executive-level insight for business stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and oversee high-risk activities (LOTO, arc flash, hot work, heights, confined spaces) and lead RCA with CAPA.
• Travel up to 50% and be onsite full time, 5 days per week as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and facility teams to review safety design in line with local requirements.

• Proven capability to translate complex technical Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) risks into executive-level insight for business stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessment and oversee high-risk activities including Lockout-tagout (LOTO), electrical work (arc flash), hot work, working at heights, and confined spaces and lead root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents/near-misses, implementing corrective and preventative action (CAPA).

Travel up to 50% of the time and be onsite full time, 5 days per week as needed.
