Job summary

AeroShul Technologies is seeking a high-impact Program Manager reporting to the CEO to drive a core engineering initiative, coordinate the cross-functional roadmap, and enforce Kanban hygiene to ship high-quality products at an aggressive pace.

You will monitor daily project delivery, translate engineering data into MIS reports for leadership, and bridge the CEO’s strategic vision with the engineering team’s daily output across multi-disciplinary design, propulsion and CAD streams in NCR Gurgaon.

Qualifications

Education: B.E./B.Tech (Aerospace related preferred).
Experience: 3-5 years with minimum 2 years in Technical Program Management.
Experience in operating in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
Must have served as a Team Lead or Coordinator for a technical project and translate engineering data into reports.
Key certifications: PMP, Kanban Management Professional (KMP), or Six Sigma/Lean credentials.

Job description

The Role:

As a high-impact Program Manager reporting to the CEO, you will be the driving force behind a core engineering initiative. You will coordinate the cross-functional roadmap, facilitate technical execution, and establish the operational rhythm necessary to ship high-quality products at an aggressive pace. You will monitor daily project delivery, enforcing strict Kanban hygiene to optimize engineering flow and delivering data-driven MIS reports to leadership for providing clear visibility into milestones progression and blockers.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be the Coordinator for Engineering sprints among multi-disciplinary teams.

You sit in engineering meetings, understand the technical blockers, and convert engineering data into the final reports.

You bridge the gap between the CEO’s strategic vision and the engineering team’s daily output.

What you will do:

Project Technical Documentation: You will compile and prepare technical documents, project & review reports taking inputs from Design & Engineering Leads e.g. you chase the Propulsion Lead for graphs and the Structures Lead for CAD screenshots. Then you compile, format and edit the technical report.

Engineering Logistics: "We need an equipment quote by Friday." You find the vendors, get the specs, and hand the data to the engineers.

Meeting Cadence: You organize the daily stand-ups. You take notes on "Action Items" and relentlessly follow up.

Knowledge Management: Organize the Work Drive/SharePoint. Ensure every CAD file and simulation result is version-controlled and accessible.

Note:There will be a probation period for this role.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: B.E./B.Tech (Aerospace related preferred).

Experience: 3-5 years with minimum 2 years in Technical Program Management.

Experience in operating in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.

Must have served as a Team Lead or Coordinator for a technical project e.g. project management experience in industry - a proven ability to translate engineering data into reports.

Key certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Kanban Management Professional (KMP), or Six Sigma/Lean credentials.

Preferred Qualifications:

M.Tech is preferred

Basic literacy in engineering design and a good grasp of AI concepts (you don't need to code, but you need to understand what product designers are saying).

Technical writing & Illustration (LaTeX or Advanced Excel / Data Visualization) expertise.

We value speed and adaptability to coordinate the Design SPRINTs.

Skills & Abilities:

Hardware development life cycles: Deep understanding of systems engineering principles, including Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs), gated design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR), and qualification testing.

MIS & metrics: Proficiency in data-driven reporting using critical path analysis, automated program management toolsand basic data visualization.

Exceptional written communication Skills. You must be able to turn messy engineering data into clean, professional reports (Word/PPT) rapidly.

Technical Skills: You will need to handle Project Management tools (Jira/Notion/Trello/Zoho Projects/MS Project, or custom ERP systems).

Traits: "High Agency" with a proven history of solving problems without a play book, confident (can chase senior engineers), detail-oriented and articulate.
