Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of complex technical programs, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and success metrics.
• Create and manage program roadmaps, breaking down initiatives into executable milestones.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolution to maintain delivery momentum.
• Establish and standardize program management processes, tools, and best practices for scalability.
• Track progress and communicate updates clearly through reports, dashboards, and executive reviews.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and act as the bridge between technical and business teams.
• Partner with engineering leads to improve sprint planning, capacity management, and release coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-4 years in program management, preferably within SaaS, AI/ML, or healthcare tech environments.
• Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of software development lifecycles, cloud-native systems, APIs, and data workflows.
