Job summary

super.money is seeking a Technical Program Manager with 4-5 years of experience to drive strategic engineering initiatives across our Lending Tech and Infrastructure teams in Bengaluru. • 4–6 years of experience in Technical Program Management or related engineering leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Strong SDLC, Agile, and release management understanding.
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and system integration.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs with multiple teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of complex engineering programs across Lending Tech and Infrastructure.
• Define execution plans, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Product, Business, QA, and Operations.
• Lead technical discussions with lending partners for integrations and migrations.
• Coordinate UAT, production certifications, launch planning, and post-launch monitoring.
• Drive governance meetings and regular program status updates.
