Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in Semiconductor/SoC industry.
• 5+ years in Technical Program Management, PMO, Engineering Operations, or Strategy.
• Strong understanding of the complete SoC development lifecycle.
• Experience with Program Governance, Risk Management, KPI Tracking, Executive Reporting, and Cross-functional Coordination.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive program governance across multiple SoC development programs.
• Track milestones, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and program execution health.
• Coordinate with RTL, Verification, DFT, Physical Design, SoC Integration, and Post-Silicon teams.
• Develop executive dashboards and scorecards using Power BI.

• Support AI adoption, workflow automation, and productivity initiatives.
• Perform resource capacity planning and workforce analytics.
• Collaborate with global engineering and functional stakeholders.

We are hiring an experienced Technical Program Manager to support Global SoC Engineering Operations & Strategy. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong experience managing cross-functional semiconductor programs, driving program governance, executive reporting, operational excellence, and engineering execution across globally distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

Drive program governance across multiple SoC development programs.
Track milestones, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and program execution health.
Coordinate with RTL, Verification, DFT, Physical Design, SoC Integration, and Post-Silicon teams.
Develop executive dashboards and scorecards using Power BI.
Drive engineering operations, process improvements, and issue resolution.

Required Skills
