Job summary

Mirafra in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to own technical program management for PD Engineering teams, coordinating design development, testing, and delivery to key clients on the SoC effort.

The role requires strong negotiation, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive milestones from design to manufacturing, with responsibility for IP-SoC relationships and executive reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plan and drive Physical Design IP development testing and delivery to SoC.
• Negotiate schedule scope and line up resources to meet aggressive schedules to deliver best in class SOCs.
• Organize and lead interdepartmental discussions to set project milestones/schedules/plans of records; define project tasks and processes.
• Responsible for managing IP-SoC relationship and troubleshoot program issues; develop alternative tasks and milestones as needed.
• Determine risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate to key stakeholders; proactively drive solutions.
• Roll up and report to senior management on milestones, budgets, metrics, risks and mitigation plans.
• Develop processes to increase productivity and efficiency of the team.
• Manage hardware product design to deployment and sustaining activities across PD engineering teams.
• Be an advocate for the program in cross-functional and stakeholder meetings.
