Responsibilities

Job responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects
• Lead/supportPI Planningand sprint execution; facilitate ceremonies (planning, standups, refinement, review, retro).
• Ownproject management tracking: maintain thedelivery plan, milestones, RAID (risks/issues/dependencies), and action tracking through execution.
• ManageJiraend-to-end: backlog readiness, sprint setup, workflow hygiene, dashboards, and reporting.
• Coordinaterelease readinessanddependency managementacross teams; ensure clear cutover/go-live tracking where applicable.
• Maintain delivery documentation inConfluence(delivery plan, status updates, decisions, runbooks/notes) and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis, solution optioning, and architecture documentation, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements
• Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for project governance artifacts and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment
• StrongSAFe/Agiledelivery experience (PI/sprint cadence).
• Experience building/maintainingdelivery plansand driving execution tracking.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving/root-cause skills.
• Working knowledge ofConfluencefor documentation and delivery governance.

• Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies
• Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations
