Job summary

Optimum Solutions seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead DevOps and CI/CD initiatives in a banking environment. You will partner with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, DevOps Engineers, Architects, QA, Security and Infrastructure teams to plan, deliver technology projects and drive automation, monitoring and KPI reporting.

The role requires strong experience in Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, SCM workflows and agile delivery.

Qualifications

8-12 years of experience in project management, preferably in BFSI.
Proven DevOps experience with CI/CD and automation.
Strong stakeholder management and risk mitigation abilities.
Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources and success criteria.
Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
Drive adoption of Jira / Azure DevOps, Confluence and SharePoint.
Lead Agile delivery using Scrum / Kanban.
Oversee implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.
Drive DevOps practices including continuous integration, deployment and monitoring.
Coordinate Infrastructure as Code, automated testing and deployment automation.
Work with Architecture and Infrastructure teams to design and monitor scalable technology solutions.
Define, track and analyze KPIs and provide data-driven project reporting.
Create executive dashboards, presentations and project status reports.
Develop and maintain product and technical roadmaps.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming and retrospectives.
Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and maintain risk registers.
Manage stakeholder communication and escalation of critical issues.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned.
Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and DevOps processes.
