Job summary

Lucidity is seeking a Technical Product Manager across all levels to own areas of its cloud storage optimization platform. You will translate complex customer and technical problems into scalable product solutions, work with engineering and founders, and ship high-impact releases in a fast-growing environment.

You bring 8–12 years in B2B product management, a strong engineering background, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Hybrid work and ESOPs are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have 8–12 years of overall experience in B2B product management.
• Experience in a startup environment and scaling products from 0-1 to 1-N.
• Strong exposure to cloud infrastructure, cloud platform, or cloud storage products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What We Do

Lucidity is a company that provides an automated NoOps disk auto-scaler for cloud storage across AWS, Azure, and GCP. It addresses over-provisioned block storage by dynamically scaling capacity, increasing disk utilization to around 80% from 25-35%. This results in cost reductions of up to 70% for businesses. About the Role

We're seeking a Technical Product Manager across all levels to own and drive specific areas of Lucidity's category-leading cloud storage optimization platform. In this role, you'll work closely with engineering and the founders to turn complex customer and technical problems into scalable product solutions, ship high-impact releases with precision, and ensure success for some of the world's largest enterprises. You'll bring technical depth, execution rigor, and deep customer empathy to build innovative solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for defined areas of the platform, from problem discovery through launch.
• Translate complex technical and customer requirements into clear, well-prioritized product specs.
• Partner closely with engineering to ship high-impact features with speed and precision.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Sales, and Customer Success to build compelling B2B cloud products.
• Engage directly with customers—conduct regular conversations to understand pain points, validate solutions, and stay customer-obsessed.
• Make data-informed product decisions using metrics and analytics to prioritize and iterate effectively.
• Bring technical depth and strategic thinking to conversations with founders and leadership.

What You'll Need

Must-Haves

• 8–12 years of overall experience (ideally around 10 years), with strong exposure to B2B product management.
• Started your career in an Engineering/technical role before transitioning into Product Management.
• Experience owning cloud infrastructure, cloud platform, cloud storage, or other relevant cloud domain products.
• Experience scaling products from 0-1 and 1-N, ideally in a startup environment.
• Experience in a B2B startup, ideally having seen the company scale through multiple funding stages, or equivalent experience at AWS.
• Extensive cross-functional experience working with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and customers.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
