Responsibilities

Technology is at the heart of our organization. As part of the tech team you will:

Understand product requirements and brainstorm solutions
Build features from scratch and own them completely
Deliver efficient, reliable, scalable code with high automated test coverage
Contribute to team decisions in architecture and best practices

What you’ll need

Must haves

At least 4 years of experience in a product‑based company
Willingness to work in fast‑paced, ambiguous startup environments
Experience with distributed systems
Comfortable with at least one OOP language (C++, Java, Python, Go)
Hands‑on with AWS or another public cloud
Strong knowledge of SQL and RDBMS such as MySQL
Experience with Git

Good to have

Experience handling highly scalable systems
Strong systems understanding (Linux/Windows, kernel tuning, performance benchmarking, filesystem tuning)
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Storage domain experience is a big plus
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
