Job summary

Halliburton in Navi Mumbai invites experienced technicians to join Sperry Drilling Svcs. The role focuses on field operations support, tool preparation, and reporting under direct supervision.

You will work with Service Coordinators during pre-planning and execution, preparing drawings to customer specs, while upholding strict HSE standards and contributing to quality improvements. This is a full-time, on-site position in MIDC Taloja, India.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of field operations experience.
• Experience with Product Service Lines (PSLs) preferred.
• Ability to prepare drawings according to customer specifications.
• Strong safety and environmental awareness; adheres to HSE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Compile routine statistics and prepare simple reports.
• Work with Service Coordinator during pre-planning and job execution; maintain simple records.
• Interface with shop personnel regarding preparation of tools and equipment for the jobs.
• Prepare drawings according to customer specifications.
• Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness; complies with HSE regulations.
• Promotes and participates in quality improvement processes.

Job Duties

• Under direct supervision, compiles routine or standardized statistics and prepares simple reports.
• Works with Service Coordinator during the pre-planning and job execution and maintains simple records.
• Interface with shop personnel regarding the preparation of tools and equipment for the jobs.
• Prepare drawings according to customer specifications.
• Skills are typically acquired through a high school diploma or similar education and 3 years of experience in field operations.
• Field or shop experience and detailed technical knowledge and applications of products in the Product Service Lines (PSL's) preferred.
• Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
• Promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process.
