Job summary

Halliburton is seeking an entry-level technician to maintain and service down-hole tools at MIDC Taloja, Navi Mumbai. You will perform repairs, calibrations and inspections under supervision, prioritizing safety and accuracy.

This role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, ability to read drawings, and basic computer skills to document work. A high school diploma is required, with a technical certificate preferred; on-site training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical school certificate or higher preferred.
• Experience with down-hole tools is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, performs repairs, calibration, and inspections on down-hole tools.
• Ensures duties are performed safely, efficiently, and effectively.
• Interprets drawings/schematics and handles assembly/disassembly of down-hole equipment.

Job Duties

• Under strict supervision, performs repairs, preventative maintenance, calibration, and inspections on down-hole tool and other equipment used in the application for down-hole tools.
• Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
• Areas of specialization may include: mechanical aptitude, interpretation of drawings/schematics, use of precision measurements, computer skills, assembly and disassembly of tools associated with down-hole equipment.
• Requires a high school diploma, or equivalent, and a technical school certificate or higher is preferred.
